SJ Berwin LLP Advises The Conservatives on new HQ at Millbank

Corporate and commercial law firm SJ Berwin LLP’s real estate department has advised The Conservative Party on its new lease of over 10,400 sq ft on part of the 5th floor of the Millbank Tower and on the 3rd floor of 30, Millbank, London SW1.  The two buildings are linked and are on the banks of the Thames. 

The Conservatives are moving from their offices in Victoria Street.

The SJ Berwin team was led by real estate head of department, Bryan Pickup, assisted by Helen Murcott, Alexander De Meyer and Jade Williams.

Amanda Bottaro, associate of Addleshaw Goddard advised the landlord TST Millbank.
