Corporate and commercial law firm SJ Berwin LLP’s real estate division has advised Redevco on the sale of 50 Pall Mall, London SW1 to Legal & General for £49.5 million. The 34,000 sq ft property was purchased by Redevco in 2002, since when the company has undertaken a major refurbishment programme, and let to six new tenants including MPIF Holdings, Black Diamond GB Ltd and Sandell Asset Management Europe Ltd. SJ Berwin had advised on both the initial purchase and all of the lettings in addition to this final disposal.
