European law firm SJ Berwin LLP’s real estate division has advised Gazeley on the purchase of a £37 million, 94 acre site at Crick, Northamptonshire. Completion is scheduled for later this year.
The site stands within the ‘Golden Triangle’ a significant distribution location in England, where purchase opportunities such as this are minimal.
The site won planning consent in October 2006 and Gazeley plan to implement this to redevelop into large industrial sheds.
The SJ Berwin team was led by partner Jo Footitt, assisted by associate Rupert Dowdell. The seller was represented by Adrian Wright of CMS Cameron McKenna.
