SJ Berwin acted for TLcom Capital Partners Limited in its US$5 million commitment of a US$12.5 million investment with Gemini and Jerusalem Venture Partners in Sphera Corporation. Sphera, a Delaware Corporation with offices in Tel Aviv and Boston, develops and distributes software for the management of Web Hosting Services and Application provisioning.

TLcom Capital Partners is a leading private equity firm investing predominantly in the European telecommunications and internet industries.

SJ Berwin has previously acted for TLcom Capital Partners in various other investments and acted as counsel to TLcom Capital Partners on the establishment of the TLcom I Fund.

The SJ Berwin team was led by corporate finance partner John Daghlian, who was assisted by Nigel van Zyl.
