SJ Berwin Advises Megalomedia on Issue of Warrants

SJ Berwin represented Megalomedia plc, the AIM listed company chaired by Lord Saatchi, in relation to the recent issue of warrants to existing shareholders on a one for three basis. In total, 5,707,894 warrants were issued to qualifying shareholders.

Shareholders will have the opportunity to exercise the warrants and subscribe for new ordinary shares in Megalomedia on a twice yearly basis over the next five years, provided that the warrants may not be exercised prior to Megalomedia acquiring a new business by way of reverse take-over.

At this stage no application is being made for the warrants to be admitted to trading on AIM.
