Leading European corporate law firm SJ Berwin LLP advised Princess Private Equity Holding Limited, a Guernsey based fund of funds listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, on its listing on the Official List and admission to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.  Princess Private Equity Holding Limited is one of the first investment companies to be listed under the modernised Chapter 15 UKLA Listing Rules, and also took advantage of passporting under the Prospectus Directive with the prospectus being approved by the German Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin).

Princess Private Equity Holding Limited is advised by Partners Group, the Swiss alternative assets manager.

Trading on the London Stock Exchange of the shares in Princess Private Equity Holding Limited commenced today.

The team from SJ Berwin LLP was led by partners Till Fock in Berlin and Victoria Younghusband in London and also included Boris Kläsener in Frankfurt and George Burnett in London.  In 2006, SJ Berwin LLP advised Princess Private Equity Holding Limited on the successful restructuring of the Princess zero coupon convertible note issued in 1999 which involved the early conversion of the bond and the subsequent listing of the shares on the Frankfurt exchange.
