SJ Berwin LLP Advises on Acquisition of Freedom to Surf
F2S is a leading Internet Service Provider and was acquired by Pipex for a total consideration of £10 million in cash. As well as providing Broadband, Dial Up and Telephony Services, F2S is a well established hosting company for domain names, websites and emails.
Pipex Communications plc is one of the leading telecoms network operators and providers of business broadband solutions in the United Kingdom, offering a comprehensive range of services across a variety of market sectors.
The SJ Berwin corporate team was led by corporate finance partner Jonathan Djanogly, supported by Emma Sutherland and Marcus Biggs and the banking team was led by banking partner Gillian Smith, assisted by Jen Yee Chan and Prabha Sasidharan.
