SJ Berwin advised Natexis Industrie FCPR who, along with M. Jacques and Dante Buzzo-Titella, entered into an agreement for the acquisition of Plastisud, a company specialising in the manufacturing of plastic moulds for industrial uses. The acquisition completed in February 2004 and the value was €45m.
The turnover of Plastisud on 30 April 2003 was over €20m.
The acquisition was financed in part by equity capital and in part by a senior credit facility arranged by KBC bank.
