SJ Berwin announced today that Dr Julian Lemor will join the firm as a corporate partner in the Private Equity and M&A practice in Frankfurt. With Julian SJ Berwin strengthens its transaction practice significantly. Prior to P+P Pöllath + Partners he worked for Willkie Farr & Gallagher and Freshfields. He brings excellent transactional experience to the team of 30 lawyers at SJ Berwin in Frankfurt.
