SJ Berwin LLP has advised RREEF Infrastructure, the global alternative investments business of Deutsche Bank's Asset Management division, on the recent final closing of its Pan–European Infrastructure Fund which totalled commitments over €2 billion.

RREEF Pan-European Infrastructure Fund L.P. is RREEF’s first infrastructure fund raised in Europe and the fundraising has been even more successful than first anticipated. The original target of €800 million was extended to €2 billion during the fundraising and this has now been achieved. The fund invests in infrastructure assets within the transport, utilities, social infrastructure and specialist sectors in Continental Europe and the UK.
