SJ Berwin Advises Patron Capital On €895 Million Fund Closing

SJ Berwin advised Patron Capital on the €895 million first and final closing of Patron Capital, L.P. III (including GP commitment of up to Euro 45 million), which will invest in property assets across Western, Central and Eastern Europe. SJ Berwin having previously advised on the closing of Patron Capital, L.P. II.

Patron Capital, L.P. III will continue the strategy used in its previous funds namely extracting value out of property assets and/or corporate entities with property assets across Western, Central and Eastern Europe.

The SJ Berwin team was led by funds partner Michael Halford assisted by Justine Nangle and Cindy Wishart.  Mark Hainsworth led on tax assisted by Lawrence Harrison with Tamasin Little advising on regulatory issues assisted by Anna Maleva-Otto.
