SJ Berwin advises Beaufort Capital GmbH On the closing of BO4 Investment Partnership I

Leading private equity firm SJ Berwin LLP advised Beaufort Capital GmbH on the closing of its independent private equity fund BO4 Investment Partnership I GmbH & Co. KG. The fund has attracted well-known international investors and has secured commitments for €60 million. The fund will focus on minority investments into medium-sized technologically innovative companies in the German-speaking area/in Germany and its neighbouring countries.

Beaufort Capital was founded in the year 2000 and focuses on management and consulting services for private equity funds. Beaufort Capital is independent and owned by its partners Anja Moje, Dr. Johann David Herstatt and Stefan Friese.
