S J Berwin Strengthens Team in Germany

S J Berwin Knopf Tulloch Steininger has strengthened its presence in Germany with the appointment of Dr Sebastian Gronstedt. Dr Gronstedt will be joining the Frankfurt office and specialises in Private Equity plus M & A transactions. He was previously an international partner with Baker & McKenzie. This appointment is a further development in S J Berwins focused expanison into Europe. The firm has offices in London, Munich, Berlin, Paris, Madrid and Brussels.
