S J Berwin & Co represented Durlacher Corporation plc, the niche investment bank specialising in the internet, on its joint venture and alliance with bmp AG, the German venture capital company.

Durlacher and bmp have created a joint venture company to make investments in early stage enterprises located within the United Kingdom in the life sciences industry. The joint venture company will be funded by equity and/or debt contributions by the joint venturers.

The S J Berwin & Co team was led by corporate partner Jonathan Metliss, assisted by Delys Brough.
