SJ Berwin Hires Senior Commerce and Technology Solicitor

SJ Berwin's Commerce & Technology team is pleased to announce the arrival of senior solicitor, James Gill, who joined the firm from Freshfields' IP team on 6 June 2005. James specialises in a range of commercial, IT and IP work, including technology related transactions, outsourcing, off-shoring, e-commerce, franchising, merchandising, procurement, distribution, copyright and data protection. He also advises on the intellectual property and IT aspects arising in M&A work and on the exploitation of intellectual property rights.

Jeremy Schrire, Head of SJ Berwin's Commerce & Technology Group, says: "We are delighted to welcome James to the Commerce & Technology team.
