SJ Berwin advises on the Acquisition of Sovitec

SJ Berwin advised SG Capital Europe (Bruno Lambert and Wandrille Ract-Madoux) on the acquisition of Sovitec.

Sovitec, the European leader on the market for glass microbeads used as reflective material in road markings, has operations in Belgium, France, Spain, Germany and Argentina.

The Group has a turnover of approximately €40 million.
