SJ Berwin Advises British Land on Sale in Excess of £65 Million at Heathrow

Corporate and commercial law firm SJ Berwin's real estate division has advised The British Land Company PLC on the sale of Units 1 and 2 at Heathrow Gateway in Feltham, Middlesex.  The distribution warehouse units were sold to New Star Property Unit Trust for in excess of £65 million.

Real estate partner Lewis Myers led the SJ Berwin team, assisted by Mike Scott.  The purchaser was advised by John Lean, partner of Lawrence Graham.

The sale completes British Land's selling strategy at Heathrow Gateway.
