SJ Berwin Advises on Iconic's First Acquisition

Leading corporate and commercial law firm SJ Berwin's real estate division has advised Iconic, the new Joint Venture between commercial property company Rugby Estates and residential developer Londonewcastle on its first acquisition. Iconic has acquired a former Natwest Bank block at 227 City Road, London EC1, for which it is seeking consent for a 30,000 sq ft mixed-use redevelopment, planned to be worth £9m.Nick Minkoff, real estate partner at SJ Berwin advised on the deal.
