S J Berwin & Co represented Cazenove & Co, the sponsor, on the introduction to the Official List of the London Stock Exchange of Sadot Research and Development Fund Ltd.

Sadot Research and Development Fund Ltd is also listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, and invests in technology companies world-wide. The company has made some 22 investments to date.

This is another example of the development of the firm's Israeli related activities, particularly in the technology sector, and its representation of leading corporate finance houses.
