SJ Berwin has been named 'European Best Law Firm (fund formation)' at the PrivateEquityOnline Awards for the sixth year running. We were also ranked in second place in the category Best Law Firm (Deals) demonstrating the depth of a private equity practice at the core of the European Private Equity industry.

We are particularly pleased to win this award because it results from an online poll with over 5,000 votes cast. There is no shortlist, no panel of judges, no sponsored categories - it's open voting by the readers of PrivateEquityOnline and Private Equity International.
