SJ Berwin LLP Named "Corporate Team of the Year - Mid Markets"

SJ Berwin has been named "Corporate Team of the Year - Mid Markets" at The Lawyer Awards for our role advising on the acquisition of MFI Retail.

In 2006, a cross departmental team led by corporate partner Steven Davis advised new client Merchant Equity Partners on its high profile and complex acquisition of MFI Retail.
