Our IP Group and guest speakers are holding an annual review of trade marks, designs and copyright issues. Our team of trade marks, designs and copyright specialists, together with leading intellectual property counsel, will explore all of the significant developments in the last 12 months and will provide in-depth analysis of the major issues including the ECJ’s keenly anticipated judgement in Intel v Intelmark due out at the end of November.
Attendees will have an opportunity to discuss points with speakers during presentations, breaks and over lunch.
